ADULT
Level 1: Introduction to Water Skills: Students will learn how to feel comfortable in the water and safely enjoy it.

*This is the right class for ADULTS if they are NOT able to:
1) Enter the pool independently, bob 3x willingly, and exit the water independently.
2) Glide on front with support at least two body lengths, roll to back, float for 3 seconds, and recover to a vertical position with support.

AND

Level 2: Fundamentals of Aquatic Skills: You will learn basic swimming skills.

*This is the right class for ADULTS if they are NOT able to:
1. Without support from the instructor, step from side into chest-deep water, move into a front float for 5 seconds, roll to back, float for 5 seconds, and return to a standing position

2. Without support from the instructor, move into a back float for 5 seconds, roll to front float, and recover to a vertical standing position

3. Without support from the instructor, push off and swim using combined arm and leg actions on front for 5 body lengths, roll to back, float for 15 seconds, and continue swimming for 5 body lengths

*No refunds will be provided after registration. Please be sure that you are selecting the right level, day, and time prior to registering. Level transfers can only be accommodated if there is space in a consecutive running course. No refunds will be provided if there is not another class available.
You must be present the first 2 classes or you will be removed from the class.
