Adult Shotokan Karate Classes (ages 15-up)
Mondays & Wednesdays 6:15pm-7:45pm
Adult Shotokan Karate classes emphasize quality techniques, mindful
movement, and personal growth in a supportive environment. Karate
training improves strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination while
sharpening focus and overall health and well-being. Students train at a pace that supports lifelong practice, stress reduction, and a strong mindbody connection.
$120 per month
NOTICE: Participants may be responsible for additional fees. These may include, but are not limited to, dojo fees, uniform costs, and belt-testing fees. Please note that these fees are collected solely by the instructors and are to be done outside of BCPAR programming.
