This is gentle chair yoga with a Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor!
All levels including anyone with mobility issues and seniors.
This class works to increase agility and balance, strengthen muscles to improve mobility, and improve flexibility for ease of movement. It is also designed to lift your mood and nourish your nervous system.
Chair Yoga – $15 per individual class or $100 for entire 10 class session!
