Welcome to the Youth Beginner’s Crochet Session! This class will be held at the Charles Lind Brown Center, located at 1001 Hamar Street.
Participants will learn the basics of crochet, including how to start a chain, practice basic stitches, and complete a simple crochet project. Participants are encouraged to watch a few beginner crochet tutorials on YouTube before attending to become familiar with the basics.
Required Materials
All participants must purchase and bring their own supplies:
Crochet hook (Size 5.0 mm)
Yarn (Weight/Gauge Size 4) – Any color of your choice
Small thread snips or scissors (optional)
